The luxury villa sits in a quiet location and commands stunning sea views from the lounge and all 4 bedrooms. There is also a very spacious ground floor and top floor terrace areas for sun bathing, taking a jacuzzi bath or simply relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery.
There is a large private infinity pool and its surrounds offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy swimming, sunbathing or simply admiring the views. The villa is spread over three floors.
There is also beautiful garden area around two sides of the villa and plenty of space to chill and unwind.
Outside terraces and infinity pool
The infinity pool and ground floor terrace areas are accessed from large sliding doors. The stunning infinity pool is 10m x 4m and offers an opportunity for swimming or to cool down on hot days.
There is a shaded dining area with beautiful dining table and 8 chairs and there is plenty of space for guests to spread out and enjoy sunbathing or relaxing on the 6 sun beds in this area.
There is also a shower facility for use pre and post swimming or again to cool down.
Below the pool there is a further large terrace area with 2 sun beds and a large day bed.
First Floor
A staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms.
The larger of the two bedrooms on this floor has a large double bed, a separate dressing area, large wardrobe and floor to ceiling windows offering quite stunning views of Kalkan bay. There is an en suite bathroom with private jacuzzi bath and an external terrace with seating and small table.
The smaller of the two bedrooms has twin beds, dressing table and again floor to ceiling windows offering fabulous views of Kalkan bay. There is a wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. There is a further small external terrace area with seating to relax, sip a glass of wine or beer and take in the surroundings.
Master Suite
A further staircase leads to the master suite from which there are breathtaking views of Kalkan and Kalamar Bay in the distance from floor to ceiling windows. There is a large double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. There is an ensuite bathroom again offering stunning sea views.
Outside of the master suite, there is a magnificent terrace area with seating and 2 sun loungers where you can have a break from the pool and relax in privacy. There is also a stunning jacuzzi where you can unwind and perhaps sip a glass of champagne whilst taking in the spectacular scenery.
