Villa Kajaim is stunning, the minute we walked in we relaxed completely, the views from every window take your breath away. The villa is fully equipped with high quality furnishings and extremely comfortable. There are several fabulous restaurants 5 minutes walk away and the main town of Kalkan is lovely and friendly with so many restaurants and shops.

I have been fortunate to stay in this villa on several holidays. The villa is in a fabulous location with the most amazing views of the bay. Immaculately presented with 3 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The infinity pool is a good size and the terrace is a fabulous space for a large family or couples to relax. Great communication from the owner. I would definitely recommend and have already booked for 2022.

I spent a week at Villa Kajaim in October and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is stunning, well equipped and perfect for a relaxing stay and the views from the terrace and rooms are breath-taking. Kalkan itself is a short walk and is a lovely town with various restaurants to choose from, all serving delicious food in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The host David was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We will be back.
